Prices
All prices include VAT. Free shipping applies within Sweden. In the shopping basket, you as a customer can see the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping. Clickzy reserves the right to change or correct prices on orders placed. This applies if a stated price for an item is clearly incorrect. Clickzy then has the right to cancel a purchase and return the money to the customer.
Orders & Right of Withdrawal
All attempted fraud and orders made in someone else's name (without their consent) will be reported to the police. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Therefore, be careful to fill in the correct email address.
Your right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day you received the product. This right applies under the condition that the product and its packaging are in unaltered condition. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. The customer is responsible for shipping on returns.
